The community is served by two main thoroughfares: State Road 23 (First Coast Expressway) runs north-south through Oakleaf Plantation and Argyle Forest Boulevard runs east into the Argyle Forest neighborhood of Jacksonville and meets State Road 21. Within the community, Plantation Oaks Blvd is the main east-west road with Oakleaf Plantation Pkwy serving the west side and Oakleaf Village Pkwy serving the east side of the community.
