Oakmont Neighborhood Overview
The Oakmont community is a new Gainesville gated community with 999 single-family home lots on more than 550 acres. Established in 2015, the Gainesville Oakmont development features new homes from many of the top new home builders in Gainesville FL:

Oakmont is a community development district (CDD), or an independent special-purpose unit of government. The Oakmont amenity center is financed through a CDD bond with CDD fees that depend on your lot size and added to your tax bill. The Parker Road CDD dues are paid through your mortgage company or the county tax office.
Enforcement of covenant rules is handled by the Oakmont Property Owners Association (POA). Oakmont POA dues are $95 per year.

Oakmont Subdivision Schools
